26. Submission of report: (1) The Commission shall prepare an annual report containing the main activities carried out by the Commission throughout the year, the plans and programs approved and the work done by the regional bodies and the proceeds received accordingly and submitted to the Government of Nepal.

(2) The report as per sub-section (1) shall be made public by the Commission as required.
